They will come from the left and will try to enter the right. You have to stop that from happening, so place the towers accordingly. On the bottom left of the screen you will have a list with the towers that you have available. At first, you will only be able to afford the cheapest ones, but as you kill more enemies, you will be able to buy better towers or even upgrade your existing ones, because stronger enemies will come, too. On the very bottom left corner, press the Start button whenever you're ready.
